Physical Toolkits
Our physical toolkits are small, free kits designed to educate on specific mental health challenges and provide possible coping tools. Every kit combines a crisis/support resource card, a simple psychoeducation card (a plain-language explanation of what's going on), coping strategy cards, and two to four physical items, like fidgets and a stress ball for anxiety, an eye mask and sleep checklist for insomnia, or calming tea for burnout. Kits also include a QR code linking to the matching digital toolkit below.
These kits are for anyone who wants to learn more about a specific condition that can impact mental health and have access to tools that help alleviate the struggles that come with it.
