Insomnia

Overview

Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by the chronic difficulty to fall asleep, stay asleep, or get restful sleep even when there is enough time to do so. Poor sleep can affect many aspects of one's life, from mood to overall health. It can manifest in various physical outcomes such as weight loss and skin health issues, but can also cause psychiatric comorbidities. Occasional sleeplessness is common, but persistent insomnia may benefit from professional support.

This toolkit includes sleep routine checklists, wind-down relaxation scripts, and gentle habits for difficult nights. If sleepless nights are stacking up, talking to a doctor or counselor can help you.
