ADHD

Overview

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) isn't a lack of effort. It is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, impulse control, and organizational abilities. Those with ADHD may have difficulty staying focused, managing their time, remembering tasks, or sitting still. There is no right 'look' for ADHD as there are many differences between genders and ages with this disorder.

This toolkit collects focus timers, pomodoro templates, and short "3 tasks only" checklists designed to work with your brain instead of against it. If ADHD is making school, work, or daily life harder than it needs to be, talking to a doctor or counselor about it is a great next step.
